You, the client, have the option to raise 64,800 Euros from your UK property or we can arrange for our Independent Financial Advisors to call you and to carry out the necessary refinancing required. At an interest rate of 5% p.a. (maximum) this equates to 3,240 Euros. Over a 2 year build time this equates to a total of 6,480 Euros in interest payments for the deposit raised.

Platinum Properties will pay this amount (6,480 Euros in this example) for you at NO CHARGE! It even covers your tax and legal fees. You need not pay a penny.

Therefore, if you wish to sell this new development in Spain before the end of the 2 year build period you will have bought a Spanish development property and made the associated profit for ZERO capital outlay!

Platinum Properties enter an agreement with the client that these fees will be paid. In addition, this amount is paid to you in a full lump sum, not in instalments!
