The first phase was released in Autumn 2004, consisting of 132 Mediterranean style apartments. Apartments are all of good size and consist of either 2 or 3 bedrooms, set out in independent buildings on only 3 levels, many with spectacular sea views. These apartments will be set in large communal gardens with swimming pools. Over the whole resort there will be a total construction of 1,344 units. The single plots for the luxury villas will be between 1,000 and 2,000 square metres.
