This Golf Resort urbanisation situated in a private community will consist of luxury villas and top quality front-line golf apartments. The location of the resort in Mijas Costa is ideal. It is close to the coast, but far enough away to benefit from a green belt surrounding. Mountain ranges provide a spectacular backdrop to this resort. The area is close to all amenities, with shops, bars and restaurants on site and within walking distance. Furthermore, Malaga airport is 15 minutes to the East and Marbella/Puerto Banus is 15 minutes to the West. In addition, the coast's only race-horse track, neighbours this development. The first phase was released in Autumn 2004, consisting of 132 Mediterranean style apartments. These apartments will be set in large communal gardens with swimming pools. Over the whole resort there will be a total construction of 1,344 units. The single plots for the luxury villas will be between 1,000 and 2,000 square metres.

regulations regarding telecommunication infrastructures.
Urbanisation and Gardens: Private exterior parking spaces and
communal swimming pool. The gardens will be composed of lawns,
flowerbeds, Mediterranean shrubs and various tree-types. The gardens
will have an automatic watering system installed.
