Monte Mayor's magnificent, freestanding villas are for those who desire the utmost in privacy, spaciousness and luxury. The whole area is being developed according to careful specifications to preserve the unique harmony, character and natural beauty that make it so very special.

For future residents at Monte Mayor there are a few key guidelines to follow when building their home.
There is a maximum construction height to ensure everyone enjoys optimal privacy and clear, unobstructed views. Exteriors should also reflect elements of the traditional local style to maximise the effect of natural, beautiful integration into the landscape.

Plots may only be used for single residences with any surrounding, non-developed ground used only for private and personal purposes. Maximum allowable construction level is ground plus two. However, specific maximum building heights are established per plot in order to optimise views from each individual plot. Construction should not exceed 14m from the natural ground level. High quality materials must be used. A further requirement is that the design of the home be in harmony with the surrounding environment and compatible with those in the rest of the Monte Mayor development. Within these parameters however, there is a great deal of freedom.
