It has plenty of amenities and sport facilities (including a sport marina) and has a lively nightlife. Las Gaviotas is also in a good position for all these people who enjoy golf. La Finca Algorfa Club is only 10-15 minutes drive away, and within 25 minutes there are other golf courses such as La Marquesa, Villamartin or Campoamor Golf Clubs.
