Viewing Trip for Spanish Property

We will arrange no obligation tours, which will be over a period of four days and three nights to view various Spanish properties we have for sale. It is intended for people serious about buying a Spanish property and will enable you to experience a particular area and view specific Spanish property developments.

When you arrive in Spain you will be met at the airport by one of our representatives who will take you to your accommodation and allow you to settle in.  Later that day or the following day we invite you to come with us to look at the local areas so that you can get a feel of where you wish to live, the amenities and services available etc. These trips will be tailor made to fit your requirements on a one to one basis.

Before booking an inspection tour, always ensure you have adequate finances available (reservation deposit) see buying process. This will ensure you are in a position to proceed and will avoid any kind of disappointment.

If you prefer to travel under your own steam to view property that we have for sale, we are quite happy to arrange a viewing appointment for you.

You will have the opportunity to discuss in detail your requirements and be shown around the areas of interest by experienced professionals with extensive local knowledge

Inspection Visits for The Costa Calida

Trips will be arranged for you, over two days and two nights.

Flights and accommodation will be arranged and paid by us in full.

We must stress that your visit will be organised for individuals or couples who are in a position to proceed when we find you the right property.

You will be looked after by one of our sales executives who will be able to answer all of your questions with regard to the purchase of your property and the local area.

We want you to be comfortable whilst with us and we have made available luxury accommodation in the local area of your property persuit.
